Be Aware Of : LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP What is Powered: All lights and all plugs, Wifi, TV and decoder entertainment. Alarm and automatic gates have their own back-up batteries. What Isn’t Powered: The oven, washing machine, geysers and aircons are not on the back-up grid. What Doesn’t Require: There’s a gas hob so cooking is still possible, although the rings need to be lit with a lighter or match, as the electric ignition system doesn’t work without Eskom power. HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home does not accommodate children. SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking whether inside or outside the property. The driveway is very steep, so smaller cars are suggested.
