Be Aware Of : LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP What is Powered: All of the lights, the entertainment, wifi and all of the plugs downstairs. Hours are dependent on usage. What Isn’t Powered: Some of the plugs in the kitchen do not work during loadshedding. The airconditioners and the geyers are also excluded from the power backup. What Doesn’t Require: The gas stove works throughout loadshedding. HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home welcomes all ages. SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside. NOISE POLICY This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device. Please note that this villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people at any given time. This villa has a strict 'no parties' policy and no unneighbourly noise after 10pm. This property has scheduled garden and pool services which come in late mornings at the weekend. Unfortunately, these cannot be re-scheduled. The AC in the villa only has a cooling function, heaters are provided. The alarm MUST be activated when the property is unoccupied or the guests retire to bed.
